Went for my 1st IPPT after i ORD.
Nice electronic system, fully automatic but with some flaws.

Shuttle Run - 10.1sec - 5pts
Sit up - 41 - 5pts
Chin up - 10 - 4pts
SBJ - 203cm - 1pts
2.4km run - Dont need to waste my time as i already failed the test.

Try harder next time. Ya i will. I will train hard for SBJ and pass the time!

Wat a weekend packed with programs.. Time to relax and enjoy!!
