Asked my friends this question: What are you looking for in a job?
All answered me Salary! $$$.. haha.
Practical. Ya we work for the notes, else we would be enjoying myself like nobody's business.
In this society and our upbringing, earning big bucks is commonly the purpose of working.
Yes i do look at the paycheck, the increments and the bonus as a initial judgement but there are other factors as well.
What about personal development and training? Family benefits (looking into long term)? Career opportunities and advancement? Does the job bring out the best in you?
Personally, i love job with personal development and career opportunities.
A job with can groom me into a better person and a job which i look forward to a promotion or different posting. Needless to say, the salary should be reasonable.
Been pondering about this questions this week .. thinking about my next career move.
I am still penning down, planning my move and consider all factors and risk.
My next move is a big one and i dun allow myself to make mistakes. At the age of 26, i aint young anymore, therefore i cant move in and out of companies and ruin the looks of my resume.

Time to train for ippt.. planning to book one in late july or early august. Man i hate training for ippt even though i will pass subsequently. The process .. is ... not v enjoying.

Planning to burn my pocket this week in acquisition of a new game! Been v reluctant to spend recently due to money constraint .. or rather i watch my spending very carefully. I am not drawing the same pay scale as i used to be so naturally expenses need to drop so that my nest eggs can grow. It adds on to the reason why i m planning for a job change.

Cant wait to go holiday.. i need a break!
