I dislike changes but i must learn to deal with them.
I dislike being targeted or blamed at but sometimes people dont see the truth.

My ship and another conduct IPPT today.
Yesterday, transferring of IPPT name list took so much chores and running up n down literally. My colleague drive so it is okay.
Finally or luckily it works. I hate the red tape of the organisation, it makes simple things complicated.
Today, our day to take IPPT, when everything seemed to go fine and well..
Murphy's Law say: If anything can go wrong, it will.
Indeed it does.
My ship name list is not in the IPPT system and as such, all my crews cant take IPPT.
Of cos people will shoot:
"Why like tat huh Johnson?"
"Aiyoz Johnson din do work la"
"Today is a great weather to take lei, what a pity"
"I would pass if i take today"
"I am prepared for it le lei"

As if i wanted to.
but as the organiser or leader, people points the arrow at you instantly and jumped into conclusion.
Me too jump into conclusion that their system cork up.
Pissed. I left the scene, forgetting i am the orgainser too. I am too hot headed to think logically.
I think i am at fault too to leave my counterpart doing ther IPPT on his own although there isnt much to do.
In the end, after some self checking, i realised that the namelist given to me is only partial.
Shoot a mail to the clerk who is on leave today. At least i didnt call her up n lecture her. Let her enjoy her leave bah.
See how is goes on Monday but it is already bygones so forget it and look forward.

Reading a small booklet when i got after i donate.
It teaches us how to be a better person.
Very interesting and teach us values and attitudes of self.
That is where i learn to be forgiving and whatever is past no point arguing, you cant change a thing. No point in spoiling other ppl's day too.
Must learn to be:
1. Patience
2. Accept changes and look on bright side.
3. Speak with confidence and speak out loud.
