This morning i went for Physiotherapy.
The therapist is friendly.
Asked me some questions about my injury.
Following were a series of 'exercise' which includes stretching, bending my ankle in certain direction, testing of balancing and postures.
She massage my ankle for me .. saying it is not possible for us to massage on our own.
Indeed, her focus is making my joints work out. So the way she rub is focusing on movement of joint.
She even need to play those exercise to make it interesting for patients =)

Ask her more about Physiotherapy due to my high curiosity.
Apparently, after each topic she study, she need to attach to therapist for hands-on training.
Like after u learn muscular thingy .. then u attach to learn how to help those which sprain and movement restrictions due to muscles.
After u learn about neuro .. which i dunno wats tat .. tink is about brain affecting movement then u attach and learn again. Stroke for example.

The best thing i learnt is that patient in ICU will need physiotherapy too!!
It is like when patient is lying on the bed .. their muscles get stiff and such.. so the therapist job is to help u move your muscles n joints.
It is like when u stay in a position for too long .. then u try move ur joints n muscle.. u will feel the lost of strength and very stiff.
Indeed a interesting job..
Just in case u thought she is a chio lady? .. i guess she can be easily a mother of 2 at 30s.

Bought a book titled 'Put your money to work'
Singapore author so the content is very singaporean like 'kiasu' n such.
Simple language. Complex concept makes simple. Focus on main points.
I enjoy reading it.
I am being influence by Dear to read.
I am addicted to buy books and read now.. haha.
Read when i am on the train. Read when i am waiting. It makes full use of time.
I am glad i start my investment early.
I am glad i bought my insurance early.
I am glad that i am saving up for the raining days.
I am glad that i am expose to financial knowledge from both books and my financial agents.
So .. Make your money grow for you .. put them to work!!

This is the morning Singapore after the working group 'rushed' to their workplace.
I had been relaxing and resting since last Thursday.
Holiday is coming up on Thursday. Looking forward to it. Excited about it.

Ok oki but now .. back to my study table and revise on my ACCA le.
