i feel much "lighter" which in actual context is the opposite! =P.. shh =X
I PASSED MY SBJ .. Yeah i passed my SBJ with 1st jump of 216cm! (jz pass .. haha)
At 1st, thought: o mine die liao, Chief PTI (Physical Training Instructor) is taking those partial failures. He is strict. But heng, he jz refer us to his subordinate. Anyway no difference also, i jump.. wee~.. "216" .. oki passed liao, dun nid a 2nd jump!
Played soccer awhile with colleagues thn went home le... tired~

Some ppl are jz so chin cai .. so flexible .. i like them .. (bt they are history)
Some ppl are jz so blockhead .. so die die like tat, scare tis n tat .. pissed ppl off..
Some ppl heck care tis n tat .. to avoid tis n tat .. N.. tats me!! .. haha =P

Mense aka period torments the females every mth!
The uncomfortable + cramp, the tired body, the mood swing, the restriction in activities n the PAIN ... >.< " .. but there is ntg u can do but jz let the process/ cycle carry on itself on n on til the age it paused...
Pain n cramps every mth .. ultimate pain when delivering baby... its not jz ouch.
*Saluted to the ladies!! .... I m glad i m a guy =P .. hehe

Time to pamper myself by gaming n napping later b4 i went for my lesson. Gd day every1 =)
