One Dragon

Sunday is suppose to be fun n relaxing but seems tat tis sunday isnt a gd day 4 me.

Firstly, England was defeated last nite by Portugal when the game goes to penalties =( Its really stun me when Lampard n Gerrad couldnt convert their spot kick. Cried. Disappointed. Sad. The players cant ctrl themselves but well, u had 2 wait 4yrs for antr world cup n by the time it comes u may be too old to play. Well left 4teams - Portugal, France, Italy & Germany, who will win?

Morning went play soccer with frds. Nice game @ 1st n really enjoy myself though its hot. V hot i shall say for the weather these fews days. Its fun until ...
Throw in. The ball comes in high. My frd n i jump to fight 4 heading, both miss n CRACKED!!! I landed on his boot n twist my ankle. Both of us grab our foot in pain. But i m the more serious 1 bah, he is fine. Sit n watch the next game thn go home le.
Every step i take is even more painful now .. ouch! Gonna c doc tml n MC le =P

Well, sports injury is common. Every sports had its danger n injury. Soccer in particular is v physical when needed n injury can come frm head - toe. But its the sport tat i like so i will continue playing.

I nt purposely injure or want to get injure .. who wants? .. but it jz happened...
If i can c the future i will stay @ hm today n bet toto liao .. i cant c it coming..
i had plans for today but its ruined .. but if i noe i will get injure today, i will postpone it ..
Think is health tat matters most n i dun regret making the decision to stay @ hm instead of gg out, walk ard n add more stress 2 my ankle.. n surely i wont enjoy myself when i m in pain. Act a smile whn u are >.< ? No tats not me!

Well my sunday shall be spent resting at home recovering my flu n ankle bah ..
