One Dragon

Really dun like my job in tis few ways:
- Today said tml is half day routine, every1 plans nicely wat 2 do after half day. Yeah, every1 is so happy n can take a gd break. Next day ur happy mood jz crushed! Standby, tis n tat .. Cursed, swear, F**, @#$$% watever la .. jz vent out all those unhappiness but ntg tt can b done so live with it bah..
- No duty today! Yeah plan a nice day but in the end the word activations kills ur joy.

So ya its a up n down as the sea when its rough .. n when its calm its jz as calm as u r enjoying urself.. Well used 2 it, nvm, continue lo .. $$$$$$$$$$

Jz when i waiting for bus at bus stop, saw tis bunch of kids (Sec sch bah) talk loud loud n v yaya.. I dun even bother abt them lo. In mind, aiya Kids.. But tink back maybe whn i m young i also do tat bah, maybe not in such big grp like ard 10 only. Well maybe numbers give courage bah. Talk loud, joke ard even in bus. Seems irritating but well they r still growing up n tis is wat they call brothers & sisters = friendships. Guess whn things really happened, those yaya papaya voices n actions all disappear n become a puny scared mice..

Training for IPPT starts now. Today ran 2.4km. Alright la 12mins, so will try 2 improve. Pull up do 7 .. nah cant i aim for 10! Sit up is definately ok at 40. SBJ is my weakest n shuttle run nid nt worried. Well so i guess had to work harder lo, tml go gym .. work those muscles out!

For nw jz continue to chase my EPL soccer scores n revise abit of my work as well!
