Ytd sailing is ok. Sail out thn back agn due to foul weather. Luckily everything goes on smooth n we are able to head home v fast. Tired but enjoying playing games w colleagues =)
2day is Sunday routine = simple, treat 2day as sunday lo ! SO yeah long wkend agn provided din activate for duty *pray!
Hw 2 spend the day ne? Lunch w dept, games, study abit thn evening is reserved for Dear!!

Leadership:
Study tis topic in my ACCA. I m more of a gd follower than a leader. My leadership is based on Democratic style defined as making a decision n allow views frm ur subordinate, rather than Autocratic defined as do as u are told. I work more on social aspect bah. I dun order someone to do. N i think tis kinda of leadership will gain u more friends n ppl tend to like u more bah. Compared to autocratic, yah ppl do but are they willing to do or jz do then curse n swear behind ur back. I definately nt tis kinda due to my soft character unless tat guy really pissed me off.

Social;
Social needs are the 2nd level of our human needs. Why? We nid 2 have frds, socialise n enjoy company. Why ppl quit job nt bcos e job suxs, sometimes is bcos he feel he is outcast or nt being friendly treated.
Social wise, i tink i had done a excellent job =) I had gd bunch of buddies who i dun hav friction with, perhaps i m the joker or silly dumb in the grp. My colleagues treat me well n we are like brothers joking ard when its time 2 relaz n work as a fighting ship when the time arise. I like my ship v much, its like a v warm family tat every1 are so friendly to 1 antr. Politics among the seniors i dunno la bt dun seems have bah. Its the colleague tat makes u enjoy working rather than the job.
I also have a stead (gf la, nwadays hardly use tis word le hor =P) whom are tgt for 7mths to be. N wow so fast lo. She is a v nice girl n i will treasure her cos i found a uniquely gd girl.

Relationship;
Tolerate, give in, accomodate, give n take, compromise .. argh lots of terms to b said. Ya its all abt tis bah. Its like 2 cars going in parallel direction. When going to collide, some1 ought to shift abit so tt its avoided. If nt BANG! Tats it. Either go workshop n drive agn or scrap the car n find a new car to accompany along.
Unless really v serious collision else the word breakup should never been mention. N breakup n patch n breakup n patch, hey come on buey tahan tis kinda ppl, ma jiam like play nia.
Marriage is the grave of love! Wat u tink ne? Marriage means u had selected the car to drive along w u & u confirm abt it. Whether slight friction here n there in future, tis car will drive w u til both car drive 2 the v end. For me my dictionary dun have divorce tis word! N i wont use tis word unless there is really hopeless 2 the v core.
Recently listen to news abt divorce. Main reason is due to young couples not understanding each other deep enuff b4 going into a greater commitment. So maybe jz traditional tinking bah, for me is 1 hit 1 kill, cos divorce isnt an option n nvr exist as one!
