Donation or Payments?

Wat is Donations? To me is spare out an amt of money u can to help people who r in need.
Recently got a Donation card, but guess wat, "The minimum amt u all must collect is $xx in total"
Ya 2 me $xx is ok, but hey aint it suppose 2 b donation then y r there a minimum amt set. I know management may had 2 Quota 2 meet or dun wan ppl return empty cards, but tis shouldnt b the case ye. Must well u said, "U all pay $xx for all these charity organisations, full stop" So wats the pt of the card??
Its doesnt mean i 'niao1' or wat, $xx no problem but come on tis isnt the 1st time. Well i rather i donate willing to help than i "make payments" to help... LL i still gonna pay, juz a matter of filling up the card with Ah gao or Ah Niao's name ..
